Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PulseTribe (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• “User” means any person who registers or uses the Platform.
• “Task” means a specific action defined by PulseTribe for which the User may earn a reward.
• “Submission” means evidence provided by the User to demonstrate Task completion.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Task Slots & Availability

• Each Task has a fixed number of slots. Slots are allocated on a first‐come, first‐served basis to valid Submissions.
• Once all slots are filled (pending or approved), that Task is removed from the available list until a slot reopens (due to decline or admin adjustment).
• Scheduled Tasks only become available at the specified time and expire after the “Valid Until” timestamp.

5. Submissions, Approval & Payout

• Submit proofs as instructed. Admins will review and either approve or decline.
• Approved Submissions earn the stated reward. Declined Submissions may or may not allow a re‐submission, per admin discretion.
• Payouts are processed after approval; timing depends on payment partner schedules.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Submit false or plagiarized evidence.
• Automate Submissions via bots or scripts.
• Share your account or credentials with others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by PulseTribe. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Fee & Payment Terms

The Platform is free to join. Rewards are paid as detailed per Task. We reserve the right to change payout methods, fees, or payment thresholds by updating these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Your use of payment gateways, social logins, or analytics services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use Personal Data.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of Task instructions, or earnings amounts.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseTribe and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PulseTribe from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior, without prior notice or liability to you.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with each party bearing its own costs.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
